Adetokunbo Olufela Durotoye, widely known as Fela Durotoye, is a renowned leadership expert, motivational speaker, business strategist, and nation builder. With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Durotoye has dedicated his life to inspiring excellence and cultivating transformational leadership across Africa. Aside attending the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Yale University to hone his skills, Durotoye is also a certified leadership coach with the John Maxwell Team. He has mentored thousands of young people across the continent. In Nigeria, he has mobilized nationwide campaigns for ethics, accountability, and values-driven leadership. His notable impact includes leading the celebrated ‘Mushin Makeover’ project in 2009, which saw over 2,000 volunteers transform one of Lagos’ poorest communities.
